Each participant describes their own experience privately. ConflictResolver combines the perspectives into one shared analysis and helps clarify what may really be happening in the conflict and how to move forward.

No.

ConflictResolver does not give scores, choose a winner, or decide who is to blame.

The same event can look very different to different people. The service makes those differences visible and helps identify what keeps the conflict going.

One case can include 2–10 people.

ConflictResolver is suitable, for example, for:

• couples
• a parent and child
• siblings
• families and relatives
• friends
• teams
• a manager and employee
• other relationships

No.

A report can be created once the initiator and at least one other participant have completed their answers.

If not everyone invited participates, the report is based only on the perspectives of those who completed their part.

For example, the report may say: 3/5 invited people participated.

No conclusions are drawn about people who did not participate.

Not exactly anonymous — but private.

The other participants do not see your original answers or private interview.

The shared report may still name perspectives, for example: 'Anna feels the responsibility has been unevenly distributed, while Mika emphasises that the work he already did went unnoticed.'

This makes the report understandable.

No.

ConflictResolver does not normally publish private answers as direct quotations.

If you write strongly, swear, or vent frustration, the report aims to identify the essential experience underneath.

For example, a strongly worded private answer could appear in the shared report as: 'Kalle feels that responsibility has largely fallen on him.'

The purpose is to preserve the meaning, not to publish words written in a heated moment.

Yes.

That is important.

ConflictResolver gets a better view of the situation when you do not have to filter every word based on what others might think.

Describe your perspective as you experience it.

It can describe your perspective or experience in the shared report if it is essential for understanding the conflict.

It does not show the other participants your original interview or publish it word for word.

Yes.

Each participant can use their own language.

For example, in the same case:

• one participant can answer in Finnish
• another in German
• a third in Swedish

ConflictResolver combines them into one shared analysis.

The case initiator chooses the main language for the report.

Participants can still read the same report in their own language.

A language version is not a new analysis, but the same report translated.

The initiator needs an account.

An invited participant gets their own secure link and does not need:

• an account
• a password
• a PIN code
• a payment
• an app

Yes.

The same personal invitation link is their access to the case until the response time ends.

They can continue unfinished answers later with the same link.

The initiator sets one shared deadline.

It is a date and time.

For example: Please answer by 29 September 2026 at 18:00.

The same deadline applies to all invited participants.

If the initiator and at least one other participant are ready, answers are closed and the report is created from the completed material.

Unfinished answers are not used in the report.

If no other participant has completed their answers, the initiator can extend the response time or close the case.

Yes. Once the initiator and at least one other participant are ready, the initiator can close answers and create the report before the deadline.

The report can cover, for example:

• general background to the conflict
• shared understandings among participants
• differing experiences
• different interpretations of events
• participants' goals and concerns
• a possible interaction loop
• relationship history
• the core issue
• alternative explanations
• a concrete next step

The length depends on the situation. A simple case may need about one A4 page of analysis; a complex family or group case may need more.

If you later start a new case about the same relationship or conflict, the service can use the shared history formed from earlier shared reports.

This can help notice, for example, whether the same interaction pattern repeats across situations.

Old private interview answers are not reopened as material for the new case.

Yes, if a new report is created.

One payment = one case = one Conflict Report.

A new review of the same conflict is a new paid case.

€9.90 includes 2 participants.

Each additional participant costs €3.90.

The maximum is 10 participants.

No subscription.

Yes.

The initiator can permanently delete a conflict.

This removes the conflict content, answers, reports, related case data, and the other participants' access to the report from ConflictResolver.

Only legally required accounting records related to a payment may need to be retained.

Deletion cannot be undone.

A minor may participate only when invited by their parent in a parent–child case. Guardian permission and the child’s own assent are required.

The case initiator must be an adult.

An invited minor does not need an account or payment details.

Yes.

It can be used, for example, for:

• conflicts between colleagues
• team conflicts
• situations between a manager and employee
• division of responsibility
• unclear roles
• conflicts around decision-making

ConflictResolver is not an HR investigation, legal decision-making service, or disciplinary process.

ConflictResolver does not automatically treat this as an ordinary dispute between parties.

If the material suggests a significant safety risk, abuse of power, or violence, the ordinary shared conflict-resolution model may not be suitable.

ConflictResolver is not a crisis service.

ConflictResolver does not diagnose, provide psychotherapy, or replace healthcare.

It is a tool for understanding different perspectives in a conflict and finding a shared way forward.

It does not decide who is right.

It aims to identify:

• where perspectives meet
• where they differ
• what may explain the difference
• what may remain unnoticed in the conflict
• what could help the situation move forward

Then it should not invent a solution.

The report may state, for example, that a fact, boundary, or decision must be clarified before a real compromise can be built.

Sometimes the most useful finding is exactly what needs to be clarified first.
